I have made the very hard decision to close down the Hungry Hippo. It was one I did not want to make but with the extreme financial losses and uncertainty of the future social distancing regulations, I have make this choice in my best interest. My heart breaks but the friendships I have made and the memories imprinted on my spirit will remain forever. If anyone has any unused passes or punch cards I will gladly refund in full just reach out to me in a private message. With all this being said, I will continue to live the game legacy and move everything I have to my home as I wait for what the future holds. The equipment and games will remain so if an opportunity arises in the future the Hippo can hopefully emerge stronger and more exciting than before! I ask you support the choice I have made for now and please continue to reach out to those you love and those local businesses in need! God be with you until we meet again. 💚 🦛 🎲 👋

Hey everyone, sorry to be a day behind but just wanted to update everyone that will will continue to be closed for the rest of April as the orders continue to extend, unless something changes! I have some exciting changes that I’m working on at the cafe so get ready for a fun summer and fall!

With the social gathering size now suggested/limited to just 10 and the closing of both bars, restaurants, gyms, etc. we at Hungry Hippo have decided to close our doors until April and will continue to monitor the situation until a safe time to reopen occurs. I love you all and thank you for the times we’ve had together so far, now go and spend time with those you love, sing some songs, play same games, share a home cooked meal, and love each other! See you when the storm has passed!

Thank you for everyone who came out last Tuesday for Trivia night! It was a blast and we had a great turn out! Can’t wait for the next two. We just added an event on the page so be sure to let us know if you’re “Going” or “Interested” so we can plan accordingly!

Trivia tonight 6-8 and every Tuesday night of March! Winner(s) will receive a free admission to use on a return visit. Teams of up to 4. $5 per person and includes games before/during/after trivia! Tonight’s trivia will come from our Trivia games off the shelf! Bring a friend or two and let’s give it a go!
