A closer look at a recent project: Church of the Resurrection.

The playground centers on Berliner's towering Pegasus.02, an 8-meter sculptural climbing structure with a giant slide and open play space at its core. The design pairs it with a double Cloud 9, TrekFit's Bamboo Jungle, musical equipment, and pour-in-place surfacing for a varied, accessible environment.

This is what we mean when we talk about pulling the right pieces from the right makers. After 30+ years and 6,000+ projects, we've learned which equipment kids come back to, which materials hold up through many winters, and which combinations actually earn their footprint. A playground that works for one community won't always work for another. So we specify whatever each project calls for, and what gets built is right for your community.

Our team starts with your site and your budget, then brings in the equipment that fits. Sometimes that's a signature climber from one source, age-appropriate play from another, and surfacing matched to your drainage conditions. Our in-house designers, project managers, and install crews handle the rest.

Replacing a playground doesn't have to feel like losing one.

The space may have run its course, worn down, outdated, no longer up to code. But it still meant something to the people who used it. That's worth acknowledging before anything else.

The projects that go well start there. Not with equipment selection or budget, but with a question: what should carry forward?
