Help a girl out. I got these on sale last year, most likely because they are hot pink! I intended to paint them in coastal/Caribbean colors but somehow that turned into pastel. Question: Do I paint the second one
A) the same as the first
B) same colors but in different places
C) Coastal/Caribbean colors (coral, bright aqua, bold yellow, ocean blue)

Thoughts?

My contribution to the Downtown GreenBay Holiday Art project. 20 artists were selected to create their vision on metal holiday bulb cutouts. My muse was a snow globe. These can be seen on the City Deck from November through February. I can’t wait to see the other artist’s visions.

This was created using decoupage paper, the IOD Christmas tree mould (that was drilled and added fairy lights to) and Salt wash to add texture. It was topped with Total Boat Tabletop epoxy for a non yellowing weather resistant finish.

The little sister to the Waterfall vanity from 2 weelks ago. Small and dainty. Client saw the Waterfall vanity but did not have the room for it. I had this small liver shaped table in my stash and so it began.

It’s all about the paper and the pulls. The velvet bench is pretty cushy though! Paper is Purple Poppies by WhimsyKel Designs and pulls are from Undead Hardware By Undead Furniture Co. This vanity sat for a bit but I always had this plan for it. So excited for it to be done.

My latest. This time a mural for my newest granddaughter to be. Standing on a potable scaffold for hours at a time is no bueno for your back but the results were palatable. Many different paint brands and markers were used. All worked flawlessly.

Look at what I finally finished!!! I started this beauty 2 years ago! Inspired by a poster and securing a blond step back table, resulted in a one of a kind statement piece. Using a Cricut generated stencil and playful colors this table was topped with multiple coats of Epoxy. Now it glows and is available.

So, yesterday I did a thing. I mentored 4 bead artists in the artistry of painting, transfers and decoupage. I love that they all picked different different items and made them unique to themselves. I am sharing their work. Aren’t they beautiful?

Back to my first love of canvas painting. This is a floor cloth created from a 6’ x 3’ sheet of canvas that was gessoed, drawn via stencil and hand painted. Client needed a rug for a zero clearance entry.
