Happy Birthday to Leo Nocentelli (born June 15, 1946). He is an African American Musician and Songwriter, best known as a founding member and lead guitarist of the funk group "The Meters." He wrote the original versions of several funk classics such as "Cissy Strut" and "Hey Pocky A-Way". As a session musician he has recorded with a variety of notable artists such as Dr. John, Robert Palmer and Etta James. He is the recipient of a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award as a member of the Meters.

Happy Birthday to Max Alfred Elliott (born June 10, 1961), known by his stage name "MAXI PRIEST," is a British reggae vocalist of Jamaican descent. He is best known for singing reggae music with an R&B influence, otherwise known as reggae fusion. He was one of the first international artists to have success in this genre, and one of the most successful reggae fusion acts of all time.
