Dr. Alessandra Montgomery

“The Architect of Agony”

Before the asylum collapsed into madness, Dr. Alessandra Montgomery was one of the most celebrated psychiatrists in the country. Brilliant, elegant, and disturbingly calm, she was praised for her “gentle” approach to treating the violently insane.

What no one knew…

…was that behind closed doors, she was rewriting the rules of human suffering.

Montgomery didn’t believe in madness.
She believed in defect.

In her journals she wrote:

“The mind is a machine. Broken machines require disassembly.”

The True Purpose of the Asylum

When Dr. Montgomery became lead physician, the asylum changed overnight. Wards were sealed. Records were falsified. Patients were transferred in under fake diagnoses.

They weren’t there to be cured.

They were there to be taken apart.

She believed the human mind could be perfected if she could locate the exact piece where fear, grief, and insanity lived — and remove it.

So she began to carve.

Her Experiments

Her operating theater became a cathedral of horror.

Montgomery performed:
• Live lobotomies without anesthesia
• Electroshock while cutting into the brain
• Transplants between patients
• Memory destruction using chemical burns to neural tissue
• Organ removal to see how long consciousness could remain

She preserved brains, eyes, and organs in jars, labeling them with notes like:

“Subject retained terror for 2 minutes after cardiac failure.”

Patients screamed. Some begged. Others went silent forever.

Those who survived were left twisted — broken bodies with hollow minds.

The Staff Who Tried to Stop Her

Nurses began to disappear.
Orderlies stopped coming in.

Dr. Montgomery simply added them to her research.

“Healthy minds provide better control samples.”

By the time authorities grew suspicious, the asylum had become a sealed slaughterhouse.

The Night of the Massacre

One stormy night, a power failure shut down the electroshock wing.

That was enough.

Her “patients” — mutilated, stitched together, half-insane survivors — broke free.

They dragged themselves down the halls toward the operating theater.

By dawn:
• The asylum was drenched in blood
• Bodies lay dismembered
• Doors were torn off their hinges

But Dr. Alessandra Montgomery was never found.

Only her office remained… smeared in blood, with her surgical tools carefully laid out.

And a trail leading underground.

What They Say Happened to Her

Some believe she escaped.

Others say something far worse.

They say Montgomery turned her scalpel on herself — trying to remove her own fear, her own guilt, her own soul.

And whatever remained still walks the asylum, whispering:

“Do not struggle.
This will make you better.”
