Get ready to come out and celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary with us at the Troy Mayor's Concert tomorrow night at 7pm at the Arbogast Performing Arts Center. Admission is FREE.

Patrick Reynolds conducts the MVSO along with singers Rachael Boezi and Jennifer Fair and guest conductors Dave Pinkerton and Mike Beamish.

We'll have the lyrics up on the video wall for you to sing along to God Bless America, the Armed Forces Salute, and The Sound of Music, plus we'll be performing a few of your other "Favorite Things" ........... John Williams Olympic Fanfare and Hymn to the Fallen, the Magnificent Seven Symphonic Suite, Over the Rainbow, Summertime, Simple Gifts, The Forrest Gump Suite, plus all your favorite patriotic tunes to create a very special celebration of great American music!

We are looking forward to performing for the Troy Mayors' Concert at one of favorite venues, the APAC - Arbogast Performing Arts Center! MVSO associate conductor Patrick Reynolds shares the podium with guest conductors Dave Pinkerton, the current President of the Troy Mayors’ Concert, Inc. Board, and Mike Beamish, Troy Mayor, retired. Soprano Jennifer Fair is our featured soloist.

This FREE 90 minute concert celebrates America's 250th Birthday and features your favorite patriotic tunes, symphonic suites from "The Magnificent Seven" and "Forrest Gump", and a few surprise opportunities for you to sing with the symphony! John Williams' "Hymn to the Fallen" honors America's military heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and we recognize all of our veterans along with the Wright Patt Honor Guard presenting colors during the "Armed Forces Salute."

No ticket is required. Venue doors open at 6pm with entertainment in the lobby. Concert starts at 7pm. Come out and celebrate together with your Miami Valley Symphony Orchestra!
