Excellent review of two Tennessee Williams' classics here in Dayton - Wright State Theatre's "brilliantly acted" A Streetcar Named Desire, which closed this past weekend after a virtually sold-out run, and the Human Race Theatre Company's The Glass Menagerie with also "truly outstanding performances" by a stellar cast, featuring WSU Theatre alumni Claire Kennedy and Jennifer Joplin, as well as Resident Artist Scott Hunt (who mounted WSU Theatre's acclaimed production of Rent several seasons ago), and directed by Wright State's Acting Faculty member, Greg Hellems! Bravo to one and all! (And the HRTC's Menagerie plays through February 21!!)
