And just like that… Germanfest 2026 is officially in the books! 🇩🇪🍻❤️

Our final day was the perfect way to wrap up an incredible weekend! We enjoyed one last day of delicious food, cold drinks, great music, dancing, and plenty of Gemütlichkeit. After three days of celebrating, we’re already missing the sights, sounds, and flavors of Germanfest!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, danced with us, raised a stein with us, enjoyed the food, and helped make this year’s picnic such a wonderful success. We hope you had as much fun as we did!

We’ll see you again next year for Germanfest 2027—but don’t wait that long to see us! 😉 The Dayton German Club has MANY more events coming up throughout the year, so keep an eye on our page and come join us for more food, music, dancing, and Gemütlichkeit! 🇩🇪🍺

Day two of the Dayton German Club’s Germanfest Picnic did not disappoint! 🇩🇪🍻 Even a little rain couldn’t keep us down—we weathered the storm and were rewarded with a beautiful day and an amazing turnout!

We enjoyed another day full of delicious German food, plenty of drinks, great music, and lots of Gemütlichkeit. The day was packed with fun, including our German Trachten Fashion Show, the Cincinnati Enzian German Dancers, and Buck the Magic German Cowboy! We finished off the day with the band 5 down in the park and the Klabberheads up at the main stage.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and helped make another day of Germanfest so much fun! ❤️🍺

What a fantastic first day of the Dayton German Club’s Germanfest Picnic! 🍻🇩🇪 We enjoyed delicious food, plenty of drinks, wonderful fellowship, and outstanding entertainment all day long. A special highlight was our opening ceremonies, including the traditional tapping of the keg, and performances by the Cancan Girls and several talented bands that kept the festivities going.

The fun isn’t over yet! We invite everyone to join us again today and tomorrow for more great food, music, drinks, and German hospitality.

A huge thank you goes out to all of our incredible volunteers who work so hard behind the scenes to make this event possible. We couldn’t do it without you! Prost! 🍺

The wait is finally over—the 2026 GermanFest Picnic starts TODAY at 5 PM! 🇩🇪🎉

Come hungry, because we’ve got plenty of German favorites waiting for you! 🌭🥨 Enjoy our classic bratwurst, mettwurst, and giant soft pretzels, along with some GermanFest picnic favorites like schnitzel and German potato salad. There’s something delicious for everyone!

But GermanFest is about more than just the food. ❤️ We’ve got three days of German music, dancing, traditions, entertainment, activities, and plenty of Gemütlichkeit waiting for you!

Whether you’re young or young at heart, a longtime GermanFest regular or joining us for the very first time, we’d love to have you there.
