From a large company private event, to our first studio member’s first finished piece coming fresh out of the kiln, and to ending the day with a member skill session focusing on sculpting, yesterday was quite the eventful day in the studio!

We’re looking forward to another fun-filled day with you all tomorrow building tiles for our community tile wall, 10am - 4pm.

Heads up! The South Park neighborhood is having our annual yard sale, 9am - 3pm, so make sure to park on Buckeye St. to visit the studio and then walk around the neighborhood to say hi to our neighbors!

Meet Kaitlyn ✨

What started as a creative outlet from a high-demand job quickly became a passion. After taking multiple level 1 wheel classes, intro to handbuilding, and several workshops, she’s become a familiar face around the studio.

Kaitlyn keeps coming back for the creativity, the community, and the chance to share the experience with some of her favorite people. Her favorite part? Using handmade mugs and dishes in everyday life, there’s nothing quite like enjoying a meal from something you’ve created yourself.

And if you’re friends with Kaitlyn, consider this your warning.. everyone is getting pottery for birthdays and holidays. 🏺💛

Potters, it’s time to clean out the studio.

Trade the tools and supplies you’re no longer using for something new-to-you at our Pottery Supply Swap on August 1.

For every item donated, you’ll receive one swap punch pass to use at the event. Early drop-off is encouraged at MADE Studio & Shop or Erin At Cornellstudiosupply.

Not interested in swapping but need to get rid of supplies? Donations are welcome too.

The Community Tile Wall was created with a simple goal: to give everyone who walks through our doors a chance to become part of MADE’s story.

Since Grand Opening Weekend, hundreds of hands have helped shape what this wall will become. Families, friends, longtime students, and first-time visitors, each tile represents someone who spent a little time creating alongside us.

And today, we’re celebrating one of the people who helped make it all possible.

The beautiful mural surrounding the tile wall was designed and painted by our team member Lauren, who is marrying her partner Ian today! 🤍
