Here's really good piece for an Agrabahn/Towsperson. It's real name is a Shemagh, but basically, it's headgear from the Middle East. This costume would work for either a boy or a girl Agrabahn/Townsperson. It's an adult size but costumes tend to run small, so if your child is tall, this might be a better choice. The shepherd's crook couldn't be needed on stage.

Here's a hip scarf with coins you could add to a girl's costume. It's cheap and would come in plenty of time.

Here's another possibility for a girl Agrabahn (Townsperson). Check the size charts. Some reviews say they run small so you might want to order up a size. Also check the shipping and make sure it will get here in time. If her tummy shows she'll need to wear a t-shirt underneath it.

These pants from Amazon are awesome and would be great for any Agrabahn (Townsperson). Pair them with a solid color oversized t-shirt and a fabric or rope belt and you have a perfect costume! Any color of these pants would work. If your child doesn't have a speaking part, they are an Agrabahn. These pants will be delivered in plenty of time for the show, if ordered soon. Here are some more costuming ideas for the Agrabahns (Townspeople). The pants I've added below would be great for these kids. I know I said solid colors on the post below, but some of these have the kind of pattern that would work for Middle Eastern costumes. You could just pair them with a solid color tee shirt and put a fabric sash around their waist if you like. But you have to be careful when ordering and make sure they will arrive on time. Some colors have different shipping times.

IT'S COSTUME TIME!!! We are getting very close to our performance and it's time to get our costumes together. I've provided pictures, links, and descriptions for all of the characters. If your child isn't in the main or secondary casts (the kids with speaking parts), he/she is an "Agrabahn/Townspeople." Let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for all the work your kiddos have put into this show. It's the very last musical I will be doing at Davis because I'm retiring at the end of this school year. This is SUCH a talented class and I'm thrilled to be able to showcase their talents! Keep your kids working on their lines/solos (if they have any) and keep practicing on the songs. Aladdin - Malakai
We talked about his regular costume and hopefully, when you get it, it will fit. If there's a problem let me know ASAP. He needs to be barefoot when he's Aladdin, since he's a "street rat." ;-) As for his Prince Ali costume, I have something I'd like for him to try on at school. He'll need light colored shoes such as white or tan tennis shoes or neutral colored shoes. Let me know if you need help!

Here are some ideas I found. She needs to be the traditional teal color from the cartoon/movie, however, I don't want her tummy to be uncovered so she could wear a t-shirt underneath if needed. She can wear a small heel, as long as she can run in them. But ballet flats or sandals are also fine. There are lots of costumes available online. I've added some I found in the comments. Please order it soon so you can send it back if it doesn't fit.
