The "Pure Paint" exhibit at Arts Benicia is open on weekends to the public, through Dec. 19th. Closed the Fri-Sun of Thanksgiving weekend. Visitors need a mask, btw, thanks. I chose a different frame than shown; very pleased to see the exhibit again yesterday!

My painting “Geologic Tour” was juried into the "Pure Paint" exhibit at Arts Benicia! The juror for entry was Nicholas Wilton, well known abstract artist. I’m very happy to part of the group show. Opening reception will be on Saturday, November 13 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Arts Benicia, on exhibit through December 19. Arts Benicia is open to the public on weekends Fri-Sun. From the call for art for Pure Paint: “A juried exhibition showcasing the beauty and lusciousness of paintings and the many different applications and approaches by artists using paint exclusively as their medium”. Exciting news! This painting has been juried by into an upcoming exhibit, 'Pure Paint' at Arts Benicia. I'm very pleased to be selected to show at Arts Benicia, a special gallery and place to myself and a lot of artists. Here is "Geologic Tour", acrylic on paper, 22" x 15".
