Your local community theatre serving the Lake Norman area since 1965. We produce multiple Main Stage shows and Youth shows, theatre classes, and summer camps. We utilize several venues for our shows, including our home theatre-- Armour Street Theatre, the lovely Duke Family Performance Hall (which is located on the campus of Davidson College), and Cain Center for the Arts.

Musical theatre fans of Lake Norman and Charlotte, we need you! DCP is bringing EVITA to Duke Family Performance Hall June 17 to 28, and we're celebrating with a little challenge we're calling "Don't Cry For Me, DCP."

We need YOU to channel your inner Eva Perón and recreate that balcony moment. Yes, THAT balcony moment. The oh-so-iconic "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" balcony moment.

Watch explain how to play!

-Find your balcony (your apartment, your friend's porch, the patio at brunch, get creative)

-Strike your best "Don't Cry for Me Argentina" pose (costume optional, drama mandatory)

Tuesday Night Love brings an all-star line-up of Charlotte sketch comedians together to skewer Lake Norman and beyond in a series of acts that nod to one of our favorite iconic TV shows. Expect hyper-local parodies with no holds barred.
