Hi everyone! A difficult post for me but I need to clarify some of my booking process. These have been in place for a while but I will be enforcing them now. I love my clients deeply but this is my livelihood and there have been so many reschedules and it is creating problems on my books.

Going forward these guidelines will be enforced for every appointment. I love my job and I love the people I work with and I want to be able to continue to do this every day.
