Okay, so maybe you don't know how to do a 6-step .. yet. Here's 6 steps that will bring you the most successful first day of classes!

1. Wear a comfortable, black t-shirt
2. Same for the bottoms: comfortable, black, avoid anything not stretchy!
3. Black sneakers - we love the support a hi-top gives.
4. Bring your own water bottle - you can refill at the studio.
5. All hair must be pulled up/back. We wanna see your face!
6. Absolutely no jewelry (that means watches, too).
