Tonight is the last night for the Christmas show. 4 more fun filled hours. Then tear down starts tomorrow and into the foreseeable future.

Wishful thinking did not pay off. Woke up to a spinner dangling from the garage and 2 of the center snowflakes were down. Got the snowflakes backup. The spinner broke some of the wiring, had to take it down and do some soldering to get it back up running. Quick test and they are all back to working.

Will have to look at the fan arch next.

Came home from shopping and had to make some emergency repairs caused by the wind. Everything is back up, hopefully the wind doesn't do any more damage.

Lights are on till 9:00pm the rest of the week. 4 days lefts.

Well, that didn't take long. Came inside, fan arch down. More reinforcement, go out to move the car, down again. All kinds of broken supports, so I just laid down. I'll take another look tomorrow.

A couple of really nice nights to see the lights before the bottom drops out on Sunday.

Remember, we are back to our original hours 5-10 (Fri and Sat), 5-9 (Sun - Wed). Last show being New Years Eve.

Traffic has definitely picked up, but the line seems to keep moving steadily. Weather is certainly cooperating.

Donations have made a noticeable increase as well, our first $200+ night yesterday and our first $300+ tonight.

And silly me, I worked on that new Cher song, finished it, but forgot to add it to the rotation. I tossed it into the Wed and Thur rotation. I've adjusted the song times for those two days.

The show will run till 10:00pm each night this week.

Just missed crossing $200 in the donation boxes last night by 44 cents. So close. Maybe tonight.

School is out after tomorrow and that means we implement the new holiday hours. 5-11 Fri-Sat and 5-10 Sun-Thur.

C'mon out if you haven't yet. Earlier is definitely better.

Got some minor fixing to do tomorrow. Spiral tree fell over and a different fan arch is leaning. Everything else, so far, seems to be ok.

This week would be an ideal time to see the show when there aren't too many cars. I imagine this weekend and next week it will be busy.

Also just surpassed $1200 in donations, a little behind last year, but we had some bad weather earlier (snow, ice, super cold).
