Brosville it is from now on. We know each other, the community enjoyed it, we had some great donations for food, drinks and candy, great costumes, trunks and then of course.....fun!!! Until I had to pull super glued Darth Maul horns off of my head because spirit Halloween’s is cheaper than a two dollar pr******te. Anywho, we had a great time and we had TONS of candy left enough for kids to make three or four trips if needed. We did the best costume contest for the kids in which little pennywise won and best trunk where cricket wireless won with their gumball machine trunk. Great music. Great costumes. Great fun and great friends/neighbors coming together to make it all safe and controlled. We also did our yearly bonfire! Next year, I’ll make it bigger and better here since I’ll have more time to devote to it. The comic con wiped me out this year on its planning and when our plans with Kickbacks fell through, we had to scurry to the home base as a back up plan. Well from now on, Brosville, you get the love and attention. And rightfully so as this has been my stomping grounds since birth. Next year we will act much faster and get the fire departments involved, deputy sheriff, haunted hayride and more. Wheels are already turning. But Darth Maul, Rest In Peace. Until I can locate another bald cap with horns that I did years ago, you’re not occurring unless Ray Park himself comes. Lol. I was going to do Venom but he’s not quite finished. Few more hours. He will make his debut at the Grand Strand Comic Con this weekend at Myrtle Beach/Murrels Inlet. We will be bringing music, characters, karaoke and a trivia question or two during the day for a door prize. Not to mention. We have tons of stuff for sale. Brand new. Licensed. And great purchases for the holiday season. From toys, collectibles shirts and more. Come see us!
And finally a huge thank you to all who showed up last night to make year four a success! Also To Dell’Anno’s for the pizzas everyone enjoyed, Brandi at Family Dollar for their contribution, SVMHI employees who work with my wife for their donations, kickbacks Jack’s, riverside lanes, Texas steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, trophy and sign center as always for their awesome trophies and the Danville 12 cinemas! Without coming together, we couldn’t make it. Until next year! Haunted hayride next year! Prepare to meet your doom.
