Friday, July 12 Benefit Concert for HRH Foundation. BlueSaloon Band. Gates open 6:30. Band plays 7:30-9:30. Admission $10 donation. This will be our only concert this season as the hay fields are being redone. Come out for some great Blues and Swing Music. Free parking. Free popcorn. Children under 12 free. Danville Music Palace. 1225 W CR 100 S (go West on 36 to Mackey Rd, south on Mackey road past the HS and over the train bridge, turn right on 100S and follow the signs) Easy to get to. Take Mackey South past Danville HS and over the train Tressel bridge, turn right on 100 South at the sign, and follow the signs to the Palace). Today is the day! HRH Benefit Concert with Birch Creek. It’s Indiana so we have to watch the weather. We had no rain this morning. There is forecast rain. The concert is on still. I will post updates later, but we are still a go. Gates open at 6:30. Admission 10$. 1225 W CR 100 S, Danville. See you at the Palace!

HRH Benefit Concert featuring Bluegrass Band Birch Creek. This Friday, July 20. Gates open 6:30. Band plays 7:30-9:30. Lawn-check, Ice-check, Weather-50% chance of rain-okay, tents-put out 4 more (will do in morning), signs-check. Free parking, free popcorn. Admission 10$ donation. 1225 W CR 100 S, Danville (West on 36 thru Danville, go south on Mackey Rd at stop light and follow the signs-easy to get to. About a mile south of 36). This is a great Bluegrass Band. See you at the Palace!

Our History. In 2010, our band was having trouble finding outdoor venues in the area that could host live music. I was in the process of building a pole barn, but recognized that if I extended it, it would make a band shell that could accommodate most bands and even small ensembles. Since 2010, we have hosted over 25 music charity events and have raised thousands of dollars for local charities. Acts that have played here include Gordon Bonham, Birch Creek, BlueSaloon Band, Emily Ann Thompson (and Kelly), Travis Pfeister, Hogg Eyed Navvy, Alexandra Tucker, Monrovia HS band, Midnight Sanity, Danville HS choral dept and several others. We are open in the summer months after the first cutting of hay. It is one of my craziest ideas, but it works. It gives local artists and charities a venue to work together. Thank you for your continued support.
