Are you ready to collect your Golden Ticket and come with us to a World of Pure Imagination? We are holding open auditions for our spring performance of W***y Wonka, Wednesday, Jan 8th at the Village Theater (233 Front St, Danville) between 4pm and 6pm.

You must be between the ages of 9 and 17 and be available to perform in all shows. Performance dates: April 2nd (school shows), April 3rd, 4th, 17th, 18th.

Rehearsals are Monday and Wednesday afternoons - 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Participation fee is $400 due before February 8th (late fee added past Feb 8th)

Teachers: We are currently taking group reservations for our April 2nd school shows. Please email [email protected] to find best availability

Actors and actresses: Save Wednesday, August 21st 4pm - 6pm, at the Danville Village Theater for auditions!

Show dates are Nov 14th, 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd.

Teachers: Reserve your class/grade level seats for a Nov 14th school show by emailing [email protected]. (Show times are 9am and 11am with the possibility of a 1pm show to be added).

Do you love singing, dancing and performing? Are you an aspiring actor or actress aged between 10 and 17 years of age? Auditions for our Spring show ‘Fiddler on the Roof’ will be held WEDNESDAY, January 9th, 2019, 4pm - 6pm at the Village Theater (233 Front St, Danville).

There is a participation fee of $400 due the first week of rehearsal, if cast.

Audition information: Prepare to introduce yourself - including name, age/grade level and school, mention your hobbies, then sing a short song of your choice (a ca****la). You will be asked to read from a script that will be provided.

**** Please audition only if you are available to perform in all shows - March 21, 22, 23, 29 and 30. Note that some of these shows are during some schools’ spring breaks.

Are you an aspiring actor or actress? Auditions for our Fall show Mary Poppins, Jr will be held WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 22, 2018, 4:00 TO 6:00 PM, at the VILLAGE THEATRE 233 Front Street in Danville
PERFORMANCES: NOV. 15, 16, 17, 23, 24 2018
Audition only if available for these dates. Note: Nov 23-24 is Thanksgiving weekend

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Young people 10 to 16 years old (inclusive) who can sing, dance & act--and can speak their lines loudly, clearly and slowly.
We need: Mary Poppins, Bert, Michael, Jane, Mr and Mrs Banks, Nannies, Suffragettes, Chimney Sweeps, Cook, Ellen, Katie Nana, Constable, Guard, 2 Hunters, 3 Jockeys, Fox, 2 Reporters, Mr Dawes Jr & Sr, Other Bank People, Uncle Albert, Bird Woman, 4 Penguins. Leads will be double cast.

Prepare a short song to be sung a ca****la, and to read from a script that will be provided. No advance registration. See you there!
REHEARSALS: MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS, 4 to 6 om, at the Village Theatre or at the Town Meeting Hall next to the Village Theatre.
PARTICIPATION FEE: $400, due the first week of rehearsal if cast. All makeup and costumes are provided.
