Captain Roberts met his end today. 🫡

He was sent flying at Mach-7 terminal velocity by a 7-year-old power kick and was promptly "dis-legged." (See photo for the carnage).

Red Mystic Studios is building Jail or Bail, and we need a Digital Artist (2D) to help us execute the vision.

We operate on a philosophy of "Building Together." We don't micromanage; we trust our team to get the job done.

​How We Work:

​The Tools: We run on Discord and Trello. You need to be active and organized. Access to Adobe Creative Suite is a requirement.

​The Team: You will collaborate with our Lead Artist (Me) but manage your own schedule. As long as the objectives are hit, when you work is up to you.

​The Deal:
We are a bootstrap startup. This role is for those willing to invest their time now for a return later.

​Tracked Hours: We treat your time as an investment. Every hour is logged.

​Deferred Pay: Payment for these hours is triggered when the project ships and generates revenue.

​We are building a studio where the people who build the foundation share in the harvest.
