Here is the method I use for making yogurt in my instant pot. I use fairlife whole milk (the red container), 2 Tblspns plain Chobani Greek yogurt and a whole can of sweetened condensed milk. Iโve also had success with the vanilla Oui yogurt but it turns out less thick and a slightly different flavor. If you want it really thick I recommend the chobani. It should come from a new unopened container for nest results. Use vanilla if you canโt find plain. Once you make it once, you can just use your own yogurt as the starter for your next batch. I like to start mine in the morning then it can sit in the fridge overnight and be ready the next morning. After the 10 hours I just lift my inner pot carefully and place it straight into the fridge. No need to strain but I do place a couple paper towels between the lid and the pot to collect moisture and I also have the glass lid for my instant pot (but you could use any lid that fits or even just a towel.
