CT Wreckers Women's Football

Women’s professional full contact football is one of the fastest growing sports in the country. The focus of the program is to promote women's sport participation while promoting healthy development and positive role models for young female athletes. We plan to provide a professional based football program meeting the needs of female athletes in cooperation with the Independent Women’s Football League (IWFL). This is an international league with over 30 teams participating within its framework. By becoming a part of our organization you will help establish within the community a program that assimilates the team and staff with local organizations and businesses, while providing a solid example of professional women athletes. We will make all events family oriented to help promote continuity of the team and help establish a strong fan base in cooperation with our sponsors. Football is a national pastime and wonderful family entertainment. Now with the inclusion of professional women's football, we can provide a sport in which all ages and genders can participate. It is where husbands, children and friends can meet and root for their favorite player. Women's football has now made it possible for any woman to continue to live her dream.
