`1 set vintage passementrie for trimming capes, purses or ? Set of 2. I had planned on dyeing them and making a 19th Century purse. 5.25 inches from the top where they are joined to the bottom of the balls. Condition is good, they just need a little TLC w/color. #30.00 + S+H. (PayPal accepted).
