🚨🚨Important announcement! 🚨🚨

Change can happen in a blink of an eye and for this change, we are forever grateful.
It’s with a heavy heart that I announce that I will not longer be boarding horses in Dalzell within the next few months. This decision did not come lightly, but an opportunity to move back towards where I grew up has come along and we are so excited to be moving our family and starting this new season of life.

The barn I currently run in Dalzell is still looking to continue to run as a boarding facility after my departure within the next 6-8 months.
This property is move in ready for 3 horses at the moment and will be fully vacant with 3 additional stalls for the new tenant once our new home’s barn/pasture situation is complete!

The owner is hoping to finding a replacement for myself if anyone is interested in renting the facility for small scale boarding/training or doing your own self care boarding for up to 6 personal horses.

About the facility-
- The family who owns this farm is one of the most sweetest, kind hearted family you will ever meet!

-5 stall (technically 6 but last stall is currently being used for housing shavings- which is getting very low and could be easily converted immediately)

-100’s of acres to explore for trail riding

-Comfort & privacy due to location, but conveniently located 25 minutes to downtown Sumter, downtown Camden AND Bishopville

-Covered hay shed row

-Dirt arena & round pen

-Currently has 2 large pastures suitable for up to 3 horses in each and 1 smaller paddock best suited for 1 horse or 2 ponies

-Outdoor wash rack

-overhead lofted storage above the feed & tack room

-Insulated feed & tack room

- Refrigerator in the barn

- Most stalls have stall mats already installed for use

-A clean canvas for anyone looking to move their herd, and make the barn their own.

‼️Announcement- effective 5/20/26 ‼️

As most of my clients know, I heavily rely on Venmo to accept payment for sessions.

With that being said, the rate of PEMF sessions paid for via Venmo will have a 5% tax attached to each transaction to help offset the transaction fees that Venmo charges me for accepting payments. However, cash payments will still be accepted at the normal rate of $60 per session.

IN ADDITION- I will now be offering Tap to pay as an option for all barn visits & events!

This is something I’ve been trying to put off as long as I could to keep sessions affordable for all of my clients, but due to the increase in fuel and the transactions fees attached to using Venmo as a business, I feel this is necessary. Thank you for your understanding!

I had a total of 8 horses for PEMF today! 🤯

You won’t hear a complaint out of my mouth, I’m so thankful for my clients who keep me busy and trust me to keep their babies feeling their best!
