Featured artist Traditional Tsu is a QPOC South Asian artist, poet and painter. Their art career started in their teenage years with an interest in traditional/neo traditional tattoo work, and from there branched off into a mix of styles and mediums. Since then they’ve worked to build a small business around their art, selling stickers and prints in five stores across Vancouver (and counting!).

The series of works exhibited will be paintings created with acrylic pour techniques. The medium was chosen to help the artist work through their perfectionism and allow other outside factors, like the viscosity of the medium, gravity and agitation of the canvas, to be part of the collaborative process of producing art.
