Hello everyone,

As many of you know, I wear several hats—not only as a business owner, but also as a mom, student, and someone who values being fully present in each area of life. To ensure I can continue providing the best experience possible for my clients while maintaining a healthy balance, I will be implementing some updated communication boundaries.

Effective immediately, business communication hours will be 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Messages received outside of those hours will be returned during the next business day as my schedule allows.

Additionally, I will not be responding to business-related messages on Sundays. Sundays are reserved for faith, family, rest, and personal time. Taking this time allows me to recharge and return each week ready to give my clients the attention and quality service they deserve.

I am also beginning school again and will be attending classes Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. During those hours, I may be unavailable or have limited access to my phone and messages. If something truly cannot wait, please feel free to reach out. Otherwise, I kindly ask for your patience while I focus on my education and professional development.

To help keep everything organized and ensure no inquiries are overlooked, all booking requests should be submitted through my website whenever possible. This is the fastest and most reliable way to request appointments and review available booking options.

Inked Vibrations Tattoo – Trade Policy

Trade appointments are professional business agreements and are held to the same standards as paid appointments. By entering into a trade agreement, all parties agree to the following terms:

Trade Value

* All trades must be of equal value based on each party’s regular pricing, not promotional, discounted, introductory, or sale pricing.
* Trade values will be determined and agreed upon prior to booking.

Respect for Time

* Booking time, appointment time, and any custom design or drawing time invested in your project are valuable and must be respected.
* Trade appointments reserve space in the artist’s schedule just as paid appointments do.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or reschedule request.
* If a trade appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, it will be considered a late cancellation.
* Following a late cancellation, a standard deposit will be required before the trade appointment can be rebooked.

No-Show Policy

* Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show.
* If a no-show occurs, the client will be responsible for paying 100% of the regularly priced tattoo appointment time at the current rate of $150 per hour before any future trade appointments will be considered.
* No future trade agreements will be scheduled until the balance has been paid in full.

Artist Discretion

* Repeated cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, or failure to uphold trade agreements may result in the trade being cancelled or declined at the artist’s discretion.

By scheduling a trade appointment with Inked Vibrations Tattoo, all parties acknowledge and agree to these terms

Policy Clarity – Please Read

To maintain transparency and consistency for all clients, I want to clearly outline my current pricing structure and booking policy.

Promotional rates apply only to appointments booked and completed during the promotional period. Unused time, deposits, and credits have no cash value and are applied as dollar credits only. All future appointments are subject to current rates.

Rates are subject to change at any time based on business costs, including (but not limited to) supplies, studio rent, continuing education, and general operational expenses. My current standard rate is $150 per hour.

However, any unused promotional time already purchased, as well as any additional time needed to complete a tattoo, will be applied as service credit and billed at current standard rates.

If a client books time and does not use the full session, the remaining time is still considered reserved studio time and may be used toward future work as credit, but does not guarantee retention of the original promotional hourly rate.

All future appointments, additions, and extended session time are billed at current pricing regardless of previous promotional purchases

Promotional pricing is only valid during the designated promotional period. After that period ends, all services are charged at current standard rates. Prepaid promotional amounts will be applied as credit, and the client is responsible for any remaining balance required to complete services.

Exception: If an appointment is canceled by the artist during a promotional period and the next available rebooking date falls outside of that promotional window, the client will still be honored at the original promotional rate for the affected session only.

This policy ensures fairness, consistency, and sustainability for both the business and all clients moving forward. Thank you for understanding and supporting my work as I continue to grow and operate from a professional studio space.

We are switching back to square for booking! Porter has had too many issues. We will be manually switching everything over so you may get some weird texts and confirmations for your appointments but it will be showing for square!!!!

This means what booking looks like will change but should ultimately be less confusing!
