His name is Blake.
He used to gamble with us regularly and was one of our good players. Back then, he would deposit almost every day and had built a level of trust with us.
Around three months ago, he contacted me and told me he was going through a very difficult time financially. He asked if I could help him by sending him some money. Because I trusted him and believed his situation was genuine, I sent more than $300 to his Chime account.
However, immediately after receiving the money, he started ignoring my messages. He wouldn’t respond, open, or even acknowledge them.
Then, about three months later, he suddenly messaged me again. He sent a screenshot claiming that he had repaid the money he owed me through Bitcoin. However, he never asked me to verify the wallet address, and despite the screenshot he provided, we never received any Bitcoin. To this day, no payment has arrived. It appears that he either sent it to the wrong address or the screenshot may have been fake. At the time, I chose to trust him and assumed the payment would eventually arrive.
Later, I needed Bitcoin to process another player’s cashout, but I did not have access to Coinbase. I asked Blake for help. I told him that if he could send me $235 worth of Bitcoin, I would send him $250 through Chime. He agreed and told me he had a Coinbase account and could do it.
Based on that agreement, I sent him another $250 through Chime. Unfortunately, after receiving the money, he did exactly what he had done before he disappeared and stopped responding to my messages. Even now, he continues to ignore all communication.
Before making this situation public, I gave him a fair opportunity to resolve it. I clearly told him that he had five days to return my money, otherwise I would post about what happened, including his photo. Despite being given that time, he never responded and never returned the money.
Because he failed to respond or make things right, I proceeded with the post.
