It's time for some BIG NEWS! I have been holding off on sending this post out until it is official, but the time has come to finally SAY GOODBYE to The Photo Van. The last year has brought about a lot of changes for all of us and for me the biggest change was letting go of one of my favorite projects as an entrepreneur! The Photo Van will live on in our memories, and hopefully the fun times we all had will remain on our hearts forever.
The GOOD NEWS is that the van is going to a great home. My sister bought it from me and is in the process of converting it into a traveling camper VAN! I can't wait to see all the fun places it takes her! Don't be too disappointed, I still have a free-standing booth to rent for events, I just drive a much more boring and age appropriate car now. LOL.
For those of you wondering why I decided to move on, the Pandemic gave me time to re-evaluate my business and focus on what is really important to me, which is wedding photography. With no Photo Van bookings for over a year, the van sat idle and was falling into disrepair from lack of use. To prevent it from dying completely, I chose to let it go. It was a bitter sweet decision and one that took a lot of time for me to finally say goodbye.
Thank you all for your support and encouragement through the years, I could not have kept The Photo Van going for 7 years if it weren't for all of you. I am excited for what the future holds, for both my business and the Van.
As a final farewell, I would love to see your Photo Van photos displayed in your home or office. If you have a print from the van hanging somewhere, please post a pic of it in the comments so I can have one last look at all the SMILES and FUNNY FACES we made over the years! It would totally make my day!
