The Good Vibe Guys is a collaboration of long time friends Wane Silmon & Jason Sanders. Two deejays that share the same passion and commitment to their craft. Meeting via Clark Kent, aka Superman, aka Ciarra Kennedy Owens, a legendary club/d.j. promoter and underground party thrower during the mid 90s Dallas era. son was new to Dallas being from Oklahoma and was introduced to the House music scene by Owens, Wayne, Jason Douglas and Jason Pittman; may he rest in peace. Wayne introduced Jason Sanders to turntables when they shared an apartment for a short time in Dallas. Jason would later have to move back to Oklahoma to regroup and save money for turntables of his own before moving back to Dallas in the late 90s. He then connected with old deejay friends Brad Clark & Rob Visual to began a resident spot at Q's Black Out Lounge in Deep Ellum. Of course there was times Jason received opportunities and played or collaborated with Owens and company but had found a niche with his present crew. Deejaying under the name of Jon-J the collaboration then embarked on a new project at K.C. Dance Studios, and created a staple in the underground after hours scene for the Dallas area. Later he would be reunited with long term friends Wayne and Owens for a resident spot at the Tini Bar. Since Owens retirement after the Tini Bar both Wayne and Jason have collaborated on many projects as well as guest D.J. spots with various deejay crews in the Dallas area. We created this group to keep our passion and craft alive while having something of our own to remain pure. We want people to understand who may read this; know that this is not for self promotion or self gain. It is simply our story and what we have given a huge portion of our lives up for. It is both sacred and important to us. Thank You
