Calling all comedians, weirdos, and future stars — Stomping Ground Comedy wants YOU on our stage!

🚀 Indie Improv & Musical Improv Teams
Want to get your group in front of an audience? Stomping Ground’s Extra Credit is designed to provide a platform for new and existing teams to present a complete 15-20 minute, intentional show on a real stage for a real audience.

⚡ Thunderdome
Step into the arena for Stomping Ground's Thunderdome, our most epic, monthly competition-style improv show. In our upcoming workshop on Saturday, May 30 at 3:00PM, learn the show’s short form games, and the mindset of “competing as a character while supporting as an improviser.” Students who complete this workshop will be eligible to submit to perform in Thunderdome, held the first Friday of every month at 9:00PM.

We're heading to the The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth for a night of unscripted comedy on Friday, May 22 at 6:00PM. This event is FREE, so come on out and spark some inspiration for our performers.

Inspired by Rashid Johnson: A Poem for Deep Thinkers, Stomping Ground Comedy’s ensemble of improvisers move between the profound and the profoundly ridiculous in this night of unscripted comedy.

📣 We're seeking a motivated YOUTH PROGRAM DIRECTOR to lead and expand our educational offerings for the next generation!

This part-time role (6-8 hrs/week) is ideal for someone with improv training and experience working with youth. You'll oversee everything from summer camps and after-school programs to in-school partnerships — fostering a safe, creative environment where young people find their voice through comedy.

As part of our Leadership Team, you'll shape curriculum, mentor instructors, and build relationships with parents, schools, and community organizations.
