Art Exhibition Marking the 25th Anniversary of September 11th

In commemoration of the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, the Museum of Biblical Art in Dallas, TX presents Together We Remember, a powerful art exhibition exploring memory, loss, resilience, and hope through the work of contemporary artists.

Opening on September 11th 2026, and continuing through December 19th, 2026, the exhibition brings together artists whose works reflect on the lasting impact of September 11th on individuals, families, first responders, communities, and the nation. Through painting, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and installation, the exhibition invites visitors to consider how collective memory is preserved and how art can help foster dialogue across generations.

"Twenty-five years later, September 11 remains a defining moment in our shared history!" said Curator and Art Historian Dr. Scott Peck. Artists include: James Surls, Jeffrey Brosk, Dawn Waters, George Tobolowsky, Sherry Owens, Sharon Kopriva, Thomas Blackshear, Roger Winter and many others. The work of Photographer Brenda Manes will bring the show together. The exhibition honors those who lost their lives, recognizes the first responders and recovery workers, and acknowledges the impact of the events.
