Final Fridays was a vital force to Hip Hop in Deep Ellum during the decade of 2000-2009 years starting at The Liquid Lounge and ending @ the now defunct Gypsy Tea Room(Prophet Bar). Final Fridays featured some of the best underground local, regional and national hip hop during that time with artists like HeadKrack of The Ricky Smiley Morning Team, Strange Fruit Project which features S1 who has produced for Kanye West, Beyonce and Jay Z and Skinny Fresh of The Hydroponic Sound System aka Skin Wade; half duo of The Ben & Skin Show on The Fan 105.3FM. Worth with national and worldwide events related to the culture and humanity. Thanks for everyone's continued support! Hip Hop 40 years strong!...
