My people, my people….. 🧡

Last year, I had the incredible privilege of sharing the stage with some of the most brilliant classical artists, musicians, and dancers—showcasing art that is both Black and transformative, and challenging the idea that the Black experience is a monolith.

We are one voice and many voices, all at once.
We are limitless.
We have always created, innovated, and redefined what art can be.
We are the birthplace of greatness.

A special thank you to led by my dear friend Tanisha Ward, for creating opportunities like these for local artists like me.

Thank you for always lifting me up. 🧡🧡🧡

Come see about me! Sharing my poetry and leading a workshop is such a dream come true. I asked God to give my writing a greater purpose, and he’s doing just that. Immensely grateful.
