Hula hooping has transformed from a stereotypical childhood activity to one of the most powerful tools any human can utilize in order to tap into their place of peace and well being. By utilizing an active meditation tool such as a hula hoop we’re able to let go of the confines of society, turning off our inner-dialog, and tap into one of the most profound energetic healings possible. When we are

in the flow and one with our focus the seemingly intense issues we’ve been letting control our energy begin to fade away. What remains after we decide to let go is the ability to feel carefree, without any judgments or concerns about how someone else may be viewing us. When we decide to be in unity with ourselves the entire universe feels the ripple and responds.
