The Goldmark Cultural Center will be at the 2026 Art Boost Conference ArtBoost Dallas this Friday 9/11 and Saturday 9/12 at the Latino Cultural Center Latino Cultural Center !

Be sure to register and attend if you haven't already made plans!

In between the conference sessions and workshops, stop by our table for some free promotional items and to learn more about all the different opportunities, events resources, and studio workspaces that the Goldmark Cultural Center provides to North Texas artists!

The Jerry's Artarama Dallas Jerry's Artarama team is having an art exhibition in the Goldmark Cultural Center’s Ruth Andres Gallery!

"Yes, We Make Art!" Is a group exhibition that features paintings and mixed media artworks by Anthony Gonzales, Bianca Mujica-Morales, Chainsaw Mike Levings Michael Aaron Levings , Cody McPhail M Cody McPhail , Raquel Hynson, RetroDummy RetroDummy, Shelby Cooper, and Sierra McKinley Sierra McKinley !

You might have already guessed that all the staff members at your favorite Dallas art supply store are talented artists, but this exhibition is your chance to see their artwork up close for yourself and get to know them as artists!

Join us at the Goldmark Cultural Center this Sunday 9/13 from 7.00pm to 9.00pm for the exhibition's opening reception! The entire Jerry's Artarama Dallas team will be there to introduce themselves, so it's a perfect opportunity to meet them all and learn about their artwork!

Special thanks to Goldmark artist Raymond Butler Raymond Butler for all his hard work in coordinating and installing this exhibition!

We appreciate everyone who joined us for last month's opening reception for "Trainscapes: Travels of the Mind", a solo exhibition of new paintings, sculptures, and collages by Goldmark artist Hugh DeWitte Hugh DeWitte !

If you haven't seen the exhibition yet, it is on display through Friday 9/18 in the Goldmark Cultural Center's Norman Brown Gallery.

The Gallery is open to visitors until 6.00pm on weekdays and by appointment on weekends.

If you missed last Saturday's exhibition reception for "Letting Go: Veils of the Unseen", you still have a few days left to visit the Goldmark Cultural Center's Ruth Andres Gallery to check out this phenomenal solo exhibition of video and painting works by Goldmark artist Shinwoo Song SHINWOO SONG !

During the reception, Shinwoo presented a talk about the inspirations and creative process underlying his featured works.

Shinwoo will be presenting a second artist talk about his exhibition this Thursday 9/3 at 1.00pm in the Ruth Andres Gallery. This talk will be the last chance for visitors to meet Shinwoo and hear him speak about his artwork.

"Letting Go" is still on display through Sunday 9/6. The exhibition is open to visitors from 10am - 6pm on weekdays, and open on weekends by appointment.

If you missed the opening reception of "Noticing" last Saturday, you still have a few weeks left to visit the Goldmark Cultural Center's John H. Milde Gallery to check out this 2 person exhibition of 2D and 3D works by artists Ana M Lopez Ana M Lopez and Natalie Macellaio Natalie Macellaio !

During the reception, Natalie and Ana talked with visitors about the creative inspirations and technical processes underlying their featured works.

"Nothing" is on display through Friday 9/18. The exhibition is open to visitors from 10am - 6pm on weekdays, and open on weekends during public events and by appointment, including this Saturday 8/29 from 4pm - 6pm!

Many of the works in the exhibition are also available to purchase. Just check the price list in the front of the gallery for pricing and availability!

On Monday, Goldmark artist Shinwoo Song SHINWOO SONG completed the installation of his new solo exhibition in the Goldmark Cultural Center's Ruth Andres Gallery!

Titled "Letting Go: Veils of the Unseen", the exhibition features new time-based paintings and a single channel video loop.

Join us this Saturday 8/29 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm for the exhibition's reception! Shinwoo will present an artist talk about his work at 4.30pm during the reception, so it's a great opportunity to meet the artist and learn about his art.

The exhibition explores overlooked aspects of the built environment and encourages viewers to look more closely at the structures and systems that shape everyday life.

You're more than welcome to share your own work, whether it's a draft or the final cut.

If writing poetry is not for you, YOU ARE STILL WELCOME! Bring a poem to share by your favorite writer or select one day of from the poetry collection bin which will be provided at the event.

And if your magic lies in your listening ears, those are welcome too, join us at the Goldmark Cultural Center for a night of rhymes, vibes, and fun times!
