Ellen Joe is a laid-back Shark Thiren that attends school in New Eridu who hates activities that require energy. Despite her personality and aloofness, Ellen is a significantly popular student at the school,[1] though she prefers spending time with fellow students Ruby, Monna, and Lynn at karaoke bars, Godfinger and more.[2]

Ellen’s school life is balanced with her job as a maid for Victoria Housekeeping Co., where she specializes in security management and garden maintenance.[3] Though she dislikes physical activities, the support of her teammates that she considers her friend as well, allow her to unleash formidable power, becoming a significant threat in combat. However, this comes at the caveat of consuming a lot of her energy, which is why she has a lollipop on her person at most times.

Miko is a self-proclaimed “elite” gamer who is somewhat melodramatic and tends to become emotionally attached to NPCs and inanimate objects. Fans tend to use the term “elite” ironically to highlight Miko’s questionable decision-making skills as well as her tendency to speak garbled nonsense punctuated by the occasional F-bomb. Though Miko specializes in role-playing games, much of the humor on her channel stems from the fact that even while playing graphic and violent games, such as Grand Theft Auto, she rarely takes her role seriously. Her love for erotic games often finds its way into other games that she plays, especially those featuring freely adjustable camera angles and skirt-wearing female characters. Despite her comedic overtone when things get serious within hololive, Miko always offers words of wisdom to reassure fans that everything is okay and not to worry.
