This summer, Texas Baptists Music & Worship is holding its first annual Songwriting Competition. Director of Texas Baptists Music & Worship Tom Tillman said the contest provides a meaningful way to step into the music publishing space.

We're so excited to invite songwriters from across Texas Baptists to participate in the 2026 Songwriting Competition at Annual Meeting!

This is a great opportunity to bless Annual Meeting participants with biblically-rich, congregationally-friendly songs that remind us of the gospel we are called to share in Texas and beyond!
