After graduating from the University of Arizona in 2013, he has performed with DanceWorks Chicago, River North Dance Chicago, Visceral Dance Chicago, and Ballet Hispánico.

He has had the pleasure of performing works by Joy Bollinger, Lar Lubovitch, Yin Yue, Gustavo Ramírez Sansano, Twyla Tharp, Sylvain Emard, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, and more.

Originally from Sonoma County, California, he trained in martial arts for seven years before realizing his sister got more attention as a dancer.

Outside of performing, he is grateful to have been able to expand into administrative roles — creating the WOOD|WORKS intensive programs, coordinating and co-directing two collaborative performances with the Uptown Players, and now producing 𝙍𝙊𝙊𝙏𝙎, BWDD’s pre-professional development program.

Cole’s favorite Bruce work is 𝘿𝙖𝙧𝙠 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧. His favorite work outside of Bruce’s repertoire is every piece he’s ever done as part of 𝙒𝙊𝙊𝘿/𝙎𝙃𝙊𝙋, BWDD’s in-house choreography project.
