StageBlack: A Festival of New Plays STAGEBLACK 2014! Works of playwrights from across the country have graced the stage in this annual festival. NYC - August 14th, 15th, and 16th!

For four years, StageBlack has constantly broken new ground, elevating both the African American experience and Theater by empowering artists to create and develop new works. Born and raised in Philadelphia this film maker, writer, and director is making his NY Stage directorial debut! The multi-talented Eric Dickens not only wrote "Late Nights Early Mornings," directed by Kimberlyn Avon, but he is also directing Lou Johnson's "Papa!"
