There will be NO Bandan Koro African Dance Class on Saturday, June 20 as our artists will be performing at several Juneteenth celebrations throughout the community.

We invite you to come celebrate with us, honor the legacy of Juneteenth, and experience the power of African drum and dance in a live performance setting!

Celebrating global connection! 🌍

was proud to be part of the unveiling of “The World is Ours”, a public art installation that captures the spirit of unity, culture, and international community as the world comes together for the World Cup!

It was a privilege to honor the talented artist and of ,whose creativity and vision transformed this concept into a striking reality.

At the heart of the sculpture is a bronze hand supporting a rotating globe—a reminder of our collective strength, shared experiences, and the connections that transcend borders.

What makes the piece especially meaningful is that the globe is built from authentic license plates gathered from countries around the world, each carrying its own story, history, and journey.

As visitors from across the globe gather in North Texas, this installation serves as a beautiful reflection of what brings us together: culture, diversity, movement, and a shared sense of humanity.

No matter where we call home… we are all connected by one world! 🌍

We greeted the wedding guests upon arrival and kept the energy up throughout the celebration!

We kicked off Public Health Awareness Month grounded in rhythm, culture, and intention with Sorsornet. It is a powerful mask dance from the Baga people of the Boke region in West Guinea.

Sorsornet embodies protection, good energy, and overall well-being. It’s a reminder that health isn’t just physical… it’s spiritual and communal. Every step and rhythm is aligned with healing and strength.
