NTPA-Dallas' Student of the Month!

In May, we celebrated the Ten Character of Respect—honoring others, showing kindness in every interaction, and treating the rehearsal room like a second home. 🩶

Now that we’re heading into June, we’re excited to highlight one student who truly embodied this value this month. Please join us in celebrating Sofia, whose respectful spirit sets the tone for everyone around them. Here’s what Sofia's directors and castmates had to say:

“Sofia is a dream to have in rehearsals. She is always paying attention, and she comes to rehearsals prepared. She is focused and ready to learn anything new that is thrown her way. She is willing to help anyone that needs it, and she always has a smile on her face.”

Why do we still tell the story if we know how it will end? These incredible actors told the story of Eurydice and Orpheus for 9 touching performances at the NTPA Dallas Blackbox. Every show was different, every show was beautiful. Every show was heartbreaking 💔. This is why we love theatre, because you simply cannot replace the experience of being in that room when this kind of talent surrounds you. Thank you Zayde and Elena 🖤

That’s a wrap on the cutest fish story this side of Sydney Harbour! I hope you were able to catch these cool characters in Miss Zayde’s wonderful production of Finding Nemo KIDS!
They taught us the greatest lesson of all: just keep swimming!!!!
