Ruff Portraits by Lauren Hurt Ashwin Ruff Portraits is customized, acrylic on canvas, pet art! So how do you get one?!

1. What color complements your pet’s fur? What mood do you want to invoke?

Send me a message here on my page that includes the following:
• Pet Description
Tell me about your pet’s personality and what you would most like to capture. Based on the photos on my page, which one of my past painting styles do you prefer?
• Send me your best photos

See sizes/prices further down the page. If you’re not sure what would work best, or if you are wanting a size that’s

not listed we can discuss.
• Background color
What’s your favorite color? Think about your walls and your decor. Pay a deposit
• Make the initial payment/deposit, which is ½ of the price specified. I accept payment by check payable to Lauren Hurt, or by credit card payable through Paypal.
• I will send you an email confirmation once your deposit is received.

3. Time to paint!
• Paintings typically take 2-6 weeks from start to finish (more or less). If there is a specific date you need it by, please let me know so I can try to meet your deadline.
• If the painting is not a gift or particularly personal (let me know if it is), I will keep you updated on the progress and will share the process of creating the painting publicly on Facebook.
• When the painting is complete, I will send you email you a photo of the painting for your final approval.

4. Final Payment & Shipping
• When I have received your final payment + shipping fee, your painting will be shipped. I carefully pack your painting with love (and possibly a few dog hairs – no charge for those), insure it, and ship it by USPS. Please let me know if you prefer a different shipping method.

12x12 -$175
16x16 -$225
20x20 -$275
*24x24 -$350
*36x36 -$525

• Rectangle:
12x16 -$200
16x20 -$250
*20x24 -$300
*24x36 -$375
*36x48 -$550

*represent sizes that would be appropriate for multiple animals.
$100 for each additional animal in portrait.
