Today, the Cedar Springs Wine Walk isn’t just the largest such event in Dallas; it is the biggest wine walk in Texas. And yes, it is the biggest any way you want to measure it — whether you’re counting who has the most wine stops on their tour or whose tour draws the most paid participants.

From Chad Mantooth , CSMA Board Member:

Well... y'all showed up.

Thank you to everyone who came out for the June Cedar Springs Wine Walk. This wasn't just our biggest Wine Walk of the year. IT WAS THE BIGGEST ONE WE'VE EVER HAD IN THE HISTORY OF WINE WALKS! And it's all because of YOU!

Honestly, there was a point around 7:30 when I looked down the block and realized we'd run out of places to put people. I've been doing these for the past year, and I've never seen crowds like that.

Seeing the streets filled with so many friends, neighbors, visitors, and so many people supporting our local businesses was so damn incredible. Nights like this remind me why I love this community so much!!!!

So...whether you bought a ticket, volunteered, poured wine, welcomed guests into your business, or simply came out to enjoy the evening, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Events like this only work because people continue to show up and support each other.

I'm just so blown away by tonight's turnout, and I'm so damn grateful to everyone who helped make it happen!

Thank you, Oak Lawn! Until next month!

"This month, I think it is more important now than ever before," said Chad Mantooth, a board member with the Cedar Springs Merchant Association. "It's more important now to be visible and to show people that we have always existed, and we will always exist, and we are not going away."

Events along Cedar Springs Road and downtown Dallas aim to boost visibility and unity during Pride Month.
