We truly enjoy following your posts, American Sokol Instructor School, and are delighted to help spread the word through social media to raise awareness of this remarkable opportunity. The program offers young Sokol members—and even non-members with a passion for gymnastics—the chance to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become instructors in their local gyms and communities.

The American Sokol Instructor School is a wonderful example of how dedicated individuals, driven by passion and purpose, invest in future generations by preserving and passing on the art, discipline, and joy of gymnastics. For more than a century and a half, the Sokol movement and its members around the world have inspired people to embrace physical education not merely as a path toward athletic achievement, but as a lifelong commitment to personal well-being, character development, and mental resilience.

It is no coincidence that the motto of this 164-year-old organization has long been, “A healthy spirit in a healthy body.” This timeless philosophy carries perhaps even greater significance today, reminding us that physical activity, community, and purposeful movement are essential foundations for a healthy and balanced life.

The American Sokol Instructor School started last Saturday. Students are learning how to become instructors and bring their skills back to their units. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn something new and become a part of something bigger! Nazdar!
