Thank you to all the artists, live performers, vendors, sponsors, and Town staff who made this 2026 event so special. We love how creative this community is, and we love how much it shows in these pics!

We’re just under a month away from our Chalk the Walk Art Contest! On Saturday, June 13, join us at Heritage Park (600 Spinks Rd.) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to chalk the sidewalks of the park. Participants will be assigned a concrete square to create their masterpiece. A set of chalk pastels will be provided for the first 75 participants to register, or you can bring your own. Judging will begin at 12 p.m., and prizes will be given based on the following age groups:

🔸 6 and under

🔸 7-10 years old

🔸 11-13 years old

🔸 14-17 years old

🔸 18 and older

🔸 Family

The countdown is on for the Flower Mound Arts Festival! During the festival, there will be performances on two stages, the Pavilion (blue stage) and the Community Stage (green stage). Here’s the schedule:

It’s Arts Festival week! 🎨🤩 We can’t wait to welcome you to Heritage Park (600 Spinks Rd.) on Saturday, May 9, for a celebration of the arts featuring live performances, art vendors, food trucks, and much more. There's new art to admire at Flower Mound Seniors In Motion! 📸 Photographer Tina Church Alvarez is a tireless traveler and passionate photographer. Over the last 25 years of her artistic career, Tina has won many awards with her unique photographs and hopes they will encourage others to look more closely at the world around them.

These specific photos are from her collection called Beauty of Glass. It's a vibrant series created over the last three years and inspired by her travels to places like Los Angeles, Florida, Alabama, and California. Tina has always been drawn to glass. Having once created fused glass jewelry, she developed a deep appreciation for its color, texture, and light. Through close-up photography, she captures the details of glass objects, often transforming them into abstract photographs filled with color and movement.
