I am honored to be the first dancer and choreographer awarded a seat in Early Music America's Emerging Professional Leadership Council!

I am excited to work together with other emerging leaders in the EMA network and promote more collaboration between musicians and dancers -- such as this performance at Morris-Jumel Mansion co-created with Jason Priset and Dongmyung Ahn.

Our Quest for Excellence Capital Campaign for 2018 is off to a record start! The generosity of our families, friends, and church members was simply outstanding, and our faculty, staff and students had their best feet forward!
A squad of capable and courteous 5th and 6th graders greeted and served a delicious quiche breakfast. We had music throughout as we celebrated our music programs here at ORLS, and heard from speaker James Richman, Artistic Director of the Dallas Bach Society about music and our faith. With moving words from some parents, wrapped up with a moving testimonial and challenge by this year's QFE chair, Ron Surley, the campaign was officially launched, with a goal of $150,000 already well on its way after prayer and pledging were in!
We are blessed to have such support!

What does Yo Yo Ma have to say about Bach? " Bach's cello suites have been my constant musical companions. For almost six decades, they have given me sustenance, comfort, and joy during times of stress, celebration, and loss. What power does this music possess that even today, after three hundred years, it continues to help us navigate through troubled times?"

Please support the legacy of Bach's music though the Dallas Bach Society with a contribution on North Texas Giving Day.
