An Artsy Adventure into Character Design via Doll Customization!

During my trip to Japan, I resolved to buy either a Neo Blythe or Pullip doll... In the United States, it's difficult to find legitimate Blythe dolls or any Pullip dolls! Because I saw TONS of cute dolls, I struggled to choose. (Scroll through the photos to see which I ended up adopting!) 🎌

Stepping into Akihabara, or simply "Akiba," immerses you in vibrant streets filled with affordable manga and anime merchandise, and dolls of course! Visit Akihabara Electric Town for an exciting array of game centers, budget tech, trading cards, and lots of fun!

Shibuya is like the ultimate game of Frogger, where seven roads collide in a spectacular dance of red lights, sending tidal waves of pedestrians surging across the street all at once! This lively hotspot is the hub of youth culture and a fashion runway where trendsetters strut their stuff.

Visiting Japan for the first time was an amazing experience! If you can make the trip, I can't encourage you enough.

During my break from doll customization, I made an embroidered teddy bear! 🧸 It was a baby shower gift and I made its little suspender shorts too 😇🩳

I’m *B*A*C*K* with my magical cat clown project on this third-try pastel clown romper 🎪 See the pink polka dot second-attempt with frayed edges and all! 🤪

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays! 🎄I just gave away a customized doll for the first time and it was so difficult! 🥲 Thankfully, it went to my Mom but I will miss Auri!! (Plus she got a cool custom stand with a glass dome to keep her safe 🌲🍄)
