- Emergence: April-May when flowers bloom

⚠️ November Threats:
- Fall garden cleanup = tossing nurseries
- "Dead" stem removal = eliminating bees
- Burning plant debris = destroying generation
- November actions = April consequences

✅ November Protection:
- Leave ALL hollow stems standing
- Mark areas with bee hotels
- Wait until late May for cutting
- Cut stems, leave on ground 2 weeks for late emergers
