Statesboro, Metter, Vidalia, Baxley, Jesup, Ludowici, Hinesville and Glenville. Spring Hollow Events opened July 2013 in as a rustic farm event venue catering to Family life events to include weddings, proms, formals, reunions and other such gatherings. Numerous ceremony sites abound throughout the 45 acre farm. Mingled among pecan trees, old shady oak trees, a 3 acre pond, oak tree lined driveway

, or just lush green, manicured lawns! An old caretaker's cottage provide a cute place for the bride and bridesmaids to prepare and fellowship in. An old 'working' barn offers a picturesque backdrop for farm life pictures that could even include a handsome horse or possibly a grazing cow in the background. Our venue pole barn boasts of some 6,000 square feet of OPEN AIR venue space for PLENTY of 'social distancing'! Under the pole barn is a large, fully equipped kitchen along with three bathrooms all under roof and heated and cooled. We also offer several patio heaters as well as several 'porta-cool' type cooling fans to help keep our guest comfortable during season changes. We offer all tables and chairs for 200 guests and possibly more if needed. Old church pews and benches along with various other 'props' and decorations are included in fees along with a limo stretch golf cart to shuttle the bride and bridesmaids around for pictures. Our intentions are to make YOUR day UNIQUELY YOURS and strive to meet and exceed your expectations and needs...

Our ‘rescue bride’…from shattered to SHIMMERING in 5 days!
She booked her ‘destination/dream wedding’ at another local, well known venue back in AUGUST. She wanted a simple, low key, intimate, fairytale TUESDAY wedding. (She eventually got it!) Thursday morning prior to wedding Tuesday, as she prepared to travel 6-7 hours to the Pooler/Guyton area she receives a TEXT (from THE Venue) not a call, a TEXT!! They cancelled her wedding…not due to damage of property, not due to sickness or death or owners, not due to financial failure, but was ‘text’ due to ‘double booking’…a fancy, cover all, phrase in the ‘hospitality’ industry to mean THEY MESSED UP at YOUR expense (& their benefit). Bride finally found out the venue booked a large corporate event on her already booked, paid for, long secured, wedding date!! No real offer of refund given in ‘text’ …actually was ‘offered’ to come AFTER the new clients finished at 4:00 to set up and have their pre-planned FOUR-THIRTY wedding!! Bride threw out a BIG S.O.S. through social media…Spring Hollow Events reached out on Saturday. They came out Sunday afternoon, very frustrated, in tears, defeated, heartbroken and basically very skeptical that her TUESDAY wedding would even happen.
We assured them it COULD! We contacted the owners of Harry's Barbeque and Seafood in Claxton (btw, they are closed on Sun & Mon!!)
Levi AndCallie Smith immediately contacted the bride, made their food order and delivered & set up an awesome spread of delicious southern barbeque and fixins!!
Jeff + Mollie Weddings did a great job capturing this shimmering couple with some great photos!
So, there really are HAPPY ENDINGS.

And…a funny (personally kinda neat) side note…. April 21 was our 42nd anniversary as well…and..they realized last minute (VERY LAST MINUTE) that they had NO cake cutting utensils…yup you guessed it..they cut their cake with our ANTIQUE engraved April 21, 1984 wedding cake knife!!! How cool is that!

Thank you Michael Lantz for your kind words, from what could have been a ‘miserable’ experience/memory of South Georgia!

On April 21st you stepped up and rescued a wedding that the original venue double booked at the last minute. You were absolutely the best!. This venue is beautiful. The photo ops were unbelievable. From being left high and dry from the previous venue 48 hrs before the wedding to a stunningly wonderful afternoon/evening was a blessing. anybody looking for a wedding venue and you have questions...please fell free to message me. Spring Hollow Events gets my highest recommendation
