We are having fun using our summer produce to stock up the spice cabinet. We’ve been drying herbs, freezing purées and making spice blends to fill our pantry.

We made enough super smokey paprika to hopefully get us through to next year.

What a day slinging skirt steak Uncorked this year!

We had a great time participating and doing a live cooking demo. We love using local products to make great food and connect with our local community.

Thanks to everyone that came out to support the Garden Club and all of our amazing Dade City Restaurants.

Of course huge shoutout to for the best quality beef.
