Count down...

Some of these girls may not realize it yet, but if it weren’t for this studio, some of them would’ve never crossed paths… never built the friendships they have today… never found the confidence they walk in now. And for that, I’ll always be grateful for the vision God gave me.

This studio was never just about dance. It was about bringing young women together, helping them believe in themselves, creating a safe place to grow, and using the gifts God placed inside of them.

Every year, they slowly disappear from our team photos, not because they’re gone, but because they graduate and step into new chapters of life. That part never gets easier. But I hope they always remember where they started, the sisterhood they built here, and the little girls watching them now.

So this isn’t goodbye to the Class of 2026… it’s simply a “see you back soon.”

“Melanin rich, purpose driven, and born to stand out, because brown skin was never meant to blend in.” 🤎

My oldest dance group and every time they step together, they glow differently. The melanin, the beauty, the confidence, the energy, everything about them shines naturally. Watching these young ladies and men light up every room and every stage they touch is such a blessing.

From the moment I met Tayla at 10 years old, she has been a shining example of dedication and grace. A model student, always prepared, never needing a second reminder,never having an attitude, always grateful and her character is a reflection of her incredible mom, one of our number one dance moms.

Ms.Raney has danced for ICTalent for 8 years. From community service projects, showcases, church service performances, to even dancing at World of Dance in L.A with her thriller sisters she has been committed 100%. She balances as a highschool student, so I have no doubt as a college student she'll be fine.

Tayla, as you head to UCF this fall, majoring in Kinesiology, never lose that beautiful authenticity. Stay true to who you are. Know that we love you, and we are extremely proud of you as well. We’re always here for you.

Senior Take Over C/O 2026🤩👩🏽‍🎓💃🏽

I have known D'myah .b all of her life, being that I am the twin sister of her mother. My nieces and my daughter are the very reason I started ICTalent Dance Studio. Watching her growth over the years brings tears to my eyes daily. From opening the studio when she was only four years old to now seeing her become a national champion, perform on world stages, attend the Dance Olympics, and make her way to LSU, proud is truly an understatement.

D'myah has danced with me for more than 15 years, and through every practice, performance, sacrifice, headache and accomplishment, she has continued to grow into an incredible young woman. Watching her dedication, passion, and determination reminds me exactly why I started this journey in the first place.

To see one of the little girls who helped inspire the dream now living out dreams of her own is something I can never fully put into words. Taking her talents to LSU, get ready!

Studying Biology like her auntie🫶🏾D'myah, your journey has been beautiful to witness, and I know this is only the beginning. Keep shining, keep dancing, and keep making us all proud. 💜 We love you!

Senior Take Over c/o 2026 🤩🤩🤩

I have known Shamauri since her 6th grade year, but have had the pleasure of teaching her since the 7th. She has always been one of the hardest working students I know. To watch a young lady grow so much in spite of obstacles is one of the main reasons I as an educator love what I do.

A product of Florida City, but reaching so many other communities with a true heart of service, she continues to persevere.

Ms. Alexander has been a part of ICTalent Dance Studio for 3 years, and her dedication has always been undeniable. I’m truly going to miss this spicy queen.

She will be taking her talents to Southern University where she’ll continue her studies. Can't wait to see her involvement on campus. We all know she's not your average student.

Let’s go baby! Baton Rouge is blessed to have you, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things ahead for you. We love you and we are so proud of you 💙💛

I truly can’t believe you’re already sixteen. You’ve been by my side as an assistant teacher since you were just 8 years old, and watching you grow into the dancer and person you are today has been something so special.

Your discipline, commitment, and genuine love for dance are truly indescribable. Week after week, year after year, you’ve shown up every Saturday with a smile, ready to give your time, energy, and heart to the Impeccables, and they absolutely adore you.

You are such a beautiful role model, and I’m beyond proud of you. I’m so lucky to have you as part of this journey. Wishing you the happiest 16th birthday and an amazing year ahead! 💖✨
